Every request that is received is handed over to the person responsible for handling data subject rights in the company. The requests are checked and action is taken accordingly. If there are no obligations that impose the need for data retention, the data will be duly deleted. In the event that some or all of the data that is to be deleted needs to be retained and the retention period for that data is clearly defined, we will retain all necessary data. All non-relevant data will be deleted. In both cases, the person concerned requesting removal will be contacted with the outcome of the procedure. The same procedure is used if the data subject requests a data change.
